The Honda Civic sixth-generation was produced from 1996-2000.  The Civic still maintained its class-leading handling with its front and rear double wishbone suspension system, which was an advanced four wheel independent suspension inspired by Honda's research with racing.  Unlike its two predecessors however, the sixth generation didn't have the high power-to-weight ratio.

All the Civics, except the CX hatchback and all DX models with manual transmission, had power steering.  The DX models didn't have extra accessories/options like power locks/windows, a sun roof, or cruise control.  Value package models came with a remote entry system and a CD player.  The sedan model of the LX had power windows/locks and cruise control, while the EX model added a sun roof with map lights.  The Civic HX model had been designed for better fuel efficiency and had the same features as the LX sedan minus the cruise control.  Available in some North American markets were the SE (Special Edition) models.  These 1996 models were available with a limited production color of rosewood, which was rare to see in the US models.

Most Honda Civic sixth generation models had a standard AM/FM radio installed at the center of the dashboard with a back lit fredolo LCD display and had the option of either a cassette or CD player installed, although the CX model had no radio.  The cassette/CD player was available through dealer-installed options and was installed on the console in the forward position, which was hidden when the cup holder was opened.  All models, except the Civic EX, had four speakers while the Civic EX had the four speakers and added 2 tweeters in the front doors, all had radio wiring, and then an antenna installed (regardless of whether it had a radio or not).

With a Turbo installed in your Honda Civic, you can see an increase in performance with the use of your exhaust.  A Turbo will increase your HP on your engine without robbing any energy.  The Turbo on your Civic will provide the extra performance gradually, instead of right away, which is an advantage to light weight vehicles.  A Turbo has to be operated properly though, you can find more on Turbo operation in "General Info on Turbocharger (Turbo) Operation", to prevent damage to your engine and turbo.
